    Ok, we ain't in New Zealand, posting pics. like that is similar to inviting a jailbird for a braai this coming Saturday, he just can't make it and have a good excuse. Total torture, immense agony, soon I will catch those browns and rainbows in New Zealand.

    Hope all of you guys in NZ are doing well and keep us drooling on this side.

    I bet an African Tiger will eat those trout

    No, these fish are wild. They are lake fish that return to the streams for the cooler water and then hang around to spawn. Their main food is smelt (a bait fish that grows to 10cm or so), cockabully (another small fish), and freshwater crayfish.
