    Thumbs up Largie Muddler

This fly is based on Jonny King's Kinky Muddler.

I've fine tuned it for Largemouth Yellowfish making some small minor adjustments and subbing some materials. You need to either fish this fly on a sinking line or you can add a bead to your loop knot or splittie on the leader if you're fishing floating lines.

    Recipe:

    Hook: Gamakatsu B10s #4
    Thread: White 12/0 Nanosilk
    Undertail: Craft fur
Flash / lateral line: Krystal flash
    Tail: Craft fur
Thread for "v" ties: Fine mono thread.
    Body: Flash 'n Slinky
    Eyes: 6mm Frantic Eyes
Weed guard: Optional / 57lb mono
Hot head: UTC Orange 70 denier
Marker: Black / Optional depends on pattern or materials used

    * The eyes are glued using liquid fusion it's the shizzness!

Gert, I think you have a winner here.
I can see this fly working for all predatory fish, be it fresh or salt.
Well done, brilliant thinking and tying.

I like the bead through the loop - that's quite a nice trick.
