    Never heard of it... get hold of the dealer , and see what the warranty conditions are.

    The guides are covered by the manufacturer.

    There are 2 ways you can get this sorted.

    We send the section in for repairs and they replace the guide.
    It can be replaced by a local rod builder.

    Either way the total cost will be similar, but the local builder should have the repair completed quicker than sending it back to the states.

    Unfortunately I don't have that, but Derek Smith does, and he had the thread too.
