    Does anyone have any experience of Allen reels and is there a local dealer?

    Allen is the name of a tackle shop in the US, I think. The reels are an in house brand, and probably made in the East, much in the same fashion that many other re branded products are. Perhaps you could mail them and ask for details of their reels, and see if they have a local distributor, but I'm not aware that anyone sells them locally.
