Merry Pebbles vs. Sabie River Camp

I have to go that way for work next week. I know it's probably not the best time of year to fish the river anyway, but which resort should give me the best chance?

SRC is R40 a night cheaper for camping, so I'm leaning that way if all else is equal.

Merry Pebbles is on the river in Sabie and you can fish from there upwards on the Sabie. I guess the river will be ok if it doesnt rain. Sabie River Camp in Hazyview I am not sure if there are a lot of fishing possibilities anymore with hippos and crocs in the vicinity.

You can however go to Pilgrims Rest and fish there on untouched river with good clarity...
