I have read a lot of these guys' rod reviews, but was wondering if anyone has used their online services and whether the experience was good/bad?

    Anyone tried them?

I have bought second hand equipment from them before. No issues. Very satisfactory transaction in every aspect.

I actually bought from them via e-bay. Their website does not show their trade in gear.

These guys have a really good upgrade program and bargains can be found, from time to time (mind you, with the latest R/$ I doubt if anything from the US is a bargain anymore)
