    Pissing contests are fun !

Anyways, scare you as it might, I was actually going to ask you to do a step by step on the filoplume damsel, especially wrt the preparation of the feathers for when I go stillwater Troot fishing (yes, you can pick up your jaw now) this coming winter.

I actually think it would be a great Yellowfish fly too (even though mighty Yellows are bigger than stinky Troots)

Filoplume Damsel or Dragon ? I don't use the filoplume Damsel much but like the Dragon. I might get around to some tying this weekend and if so will do some step by steps.

    Default Filoplume Damsel

    HI guys,

Step for step for this fly can be found in Dean Riphagens book (THE SOUTH AFRICAN FLY- FISHING HANDBOOK) page35-37.

I would post them, but I am not sure if MR. Riphagen would like it.

Probably would rather have you guys go and buy his book. (those who havnt already )
