Thumbs up The Right Flies Will Get You Bass!!!!

    Howzit Guys

Went out to my favourite Bass venue in the Mountains close to Thabazimbi for some Bass fishing.

Before I went out to Thaba I made sure to tie patterns that will work under all conditions and I can tell you guys with confidence that all the flies below on the two links work very well. I caught fish on all of them.

I am also including a few snaps....

    Rain Caught Bass

    Puglisi Baitfish Spot On

    I like this Pic

This one took the fly as it hit the water

Nailed this little Kurper after stalking it inbetween some water grass

Quite a mouth for a Vleikurper

The fly I enjoyed fishing the most Today was the Puglisi Baitfish, it even took fish on the surface in deepwater. It behaves like a dying baitfish.

It sure is one of my favourites!!!

    Pops

The biggest Vleikurper I have caught is 25cm and it came out of this dam in the pics. I know that they only grow to an average size of 12-13cm seeing that they are fodder fish for the bass, but I have seen them a bit bigger.

If you say a lot bigger? How big is that then? Because I would love to see that first hand!
