Thanks gary, the new 7632 Extreme has arrved, ok, not so new, but still never been used.
A bit of background....I have been looking for one of these rods for sometime now, being one of the first true fast action light short sticks, it is ideal fo youngsters to leard the gentle art of river craft, without having to battle with a difficult casting rod. Anyway, my son Michael has been invited to join the WP juniors at the Junior Nationals later this year, and I thought it fitting to get him a new rod especially for the occasion. The model has been discontinued for years now, and has become somewhat of a collectors item.
Gary offerred to look for spare pieces, and build one up from parts. The rod arrived the other day, and has made a little guy, one seriously happy kid.
