    very interesting reading the peoples comments about the pics of the fish etc etc. Some ugly fish there, EEK

    How about some of the Zambesi Vundu's?

    Yep, them Mekong Catfish are a serious species!

    I was actually quite surprised how hard they are to catch on fly!

    We had to bait the area and try 'trick' them on fly!
    I'm not kidding when I say the visibility is 2inches (5cm) in the places we fished!!!

    Strong fish, but ugly as all hell!

    what about those enormous sharptooth catfish in the Vaal Dam? i've seen pics of some over 6m long, probably weighing close to 200kg?
