Yeah brilliant well done. The reason I disputed it was a 2wt, was because I aint never seen a fighting butt on a 2wt...but if you say so....hey, who am I to...

    Andre,
just because he painted a 2 on it doesn't mean diddlysquat... you know these aussies..... always trying to 'bend'the rules to their own advantage.....
if it's not scrum rules...or plant name rules then it's rod size rules

Yeah, don't we know it. At least the Bulls and the Stormers are giving them sheep shaggers a run for their money...Still, I don't trust the fish sizes though... be amazed what you can do with photo shop these days. But then some of our guys aren't much better... saw that thread recently where the guy tried to claim a 4, or something KG yellowfish, that was a flippin tiddler...I ask you with tears in my eyes......

It's all good Andre Where will you be taking me fishing in December/Jan? Happy to do any salty twigging, or heavier stuff if it's on offer.
(I only need to keep 8-9 Jan clear for my Dad's birthday in Somerset West.)

It would be nice to meet some of the other flytalk members as well. Some might want to have a little cast with my custom 2wt - if I haven't busted it on a big fish by then
