    Limited application - will still be using my "normal" ultralights most of the time. Those streams however were designed with Tenkara in mind

    I dont need one of these as I already pack a 12'' rod in my trousers.

    I think you mean 12' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_%28symbol%29) in which case my rod is 11' short.

    yea I gotta agree. It definitely has its niche in my fishing, but I dont see it replacing my 'conventional' gear. Im sure the Japanese didn't have to contend with a south-easter! Ill give the Tenkara flies a whirl... but one fly all day? jikes!

    Gotta say im impressed with the Ebisu... The wood looks AWESOME!
