    Default barrage daily flow data

    hey guys...

    just thought this would be useful to everyone here...as opposed to constantly trying to figure out what the flows are going to be like, rather e-mail this guy and ask him to add you to his list of contacts...

    he sends out daily flow data for the vaal at the barrage...

    really awesome info everyday.

    It's actually a woman.

    But yep, good info to be had with her mailings of the barrage (and vaal dam) info.

    i spoke to the lady at oord nebo she said when the dam and barrage is open than it takes bout 5days for the water to reach them and rise.. dunno anything bout flow rates etc.. but sounds like this weekend will be ok... unless i guess you stand and fish close to the barrage...

    Kookie is an absolute star... she has helped me out at the St Stithian's girl's school with flyfishing functions and exhibitions at school fetes. A truly remarkable woman with a heart of gold, and nothing is too much effort for her!
