    Default Zambia in March

Looks like we will be visiting the Falls during the worst time of the year for fishing (high water and high tubidity). Will it even be worth it to take a flyrod. Has anyone fished the Zambezi in March?

I tried the Zambezi near the falls in February a few years back. A total waste of time with a fly rod. The water was simply too dirty.

If you can get to the upper reaches of Kariba, e.g. Binga on the Zim side, then YES take everything you have.
It's not in the catching, it's in the learning something new.

I've just spoken to Sandra at Angle Zambia and she says that if you resend the mail, they'll respond and get back to you ASAP.

Please let me know if they don't and I'll chase them from this end.

    Cheers

Try them on 00260-213-327489 but the phone lines here sometimes get swamped, especially during the festive season! If you still don't have any luck, PM me your e-mail address and I'll get them to mail you.
