Thanks for that.
Yes, there is so much info crammed into a weekend.
You are not the first, who have mentioned a refresher course.
But I am sure that a trip to Lesotho will be much more fun than a refresher course. Enjoy Lesotho, it is a super place. And let me know how it went.
I got a 60cm 6 pound Brown trout on a nymph.
Plus a couple of 3 and 4 pounders.
And as we said on the course "you moest praktoesh"

Brilliant work. Mates of mine nymphed the yellows in winter in Douglas, thought it was great, but also itterated , nothing to go on. Yellows are easy good fighting fish, helped by moving waters. Huge trout on the other hand are more stealth orientated, whether in rivers/streams or even stillwaters. Nymhing the margins or drop-offs, deep waters is a method all should utilise anyways.
Not ''slagging'' anyone attending these courses, but it has come to my attention that it is mainly ff that dont get out that often or do not want to burden other ff with their uncalled for insecurity towards ff as the waters dictate the fish to catch. Good ff catch fish , consistently, in rivers, streams, stillwaters and salt. Salt has it's own dimensions. We can go there if you like.
