Default New boy on the block

Hi all; My name is Jack Murray and I have been fly fishing and tying flies for close on forty five years.

Started on the Umzimkulu below Underberg and have never looked back.

At present I live in New Zealand in the North Island and am still fishing at every oportunity.

Looking forward to visiting the site from time to time and contributing once I figure out how to post photos.

I have a few Step by Step layouts in Word format. Hope to sort out the posting. Regards Jack Murray. aka. Jax.

Welcome to the forums JAX, I hope you get as much out of them as we will from your contributions.
Just beware of the young brigade, they have NO respect for silver hair.
It's not in the catching, it's in the learning something new.

Oom Jooste, i am assuming you are referring to Shamwari, you cant warn the guy without telling him who the young brigade is.

Welcome Jack, I wouldn't have described you as a "new boy".
I hope you are going to show the guys how to tie your Roughy. Still my favourite dry fly.

    Cheers
