    Default Greetings..............again

    Hey there all,

I'm sure that some of you will remember me, been a long, long time since I've been on the website. Hell, it's been a long long time since I've been in SA to fish for yelllows!

Will be in SA for a a couple of weeks in October, lets hope that I will be able to tempt a couple of yellows into a wee bit if fun

Fly-fishing surpasses the need to actually catch a fish, it becomes a mindset, and with time, an obsession.

Lord, grant that I may catch a fish so big that even I,
    When speaking afterwards,
May have no need to lie.
    Amen

    Hey Gael, welcome back boet.

Dirk Human and I were talking about you not even 3 weeks ago

Time for some reports from you, you've been far to quiet.
It's not in the catching, it's in the learning something new.

Welcome back Gael, you haven't missed much on the forum
“Apparently people don't like the truth, but I do like it; I like it because it upsets a lot of people. If you show them enough times that their arguments are bullshit, then maybe just once, one of them will say, 'Oh! Wait a minute - I was wrong.' I live for that happening. Rare, I assure you” ― Lemmy Kilmister

Currently working in Botswana, near desert region, so no fishing. Been forced to take up golf to keep me busy

Though I have been practicing in Scotland on occasion on the wee trout streams there for wild brownies, awesome!

Gael, what a small world! There surely can't be more than one Gael Battaille....

It seems like just the other day I bumped into you on the tube in London when you were living in Ireland. And who could forgot our memorable wakeboarding trips at Bronkies.

Drop me a line when you are in town and we can definitely hit the Vaal. Don is living in Pta now too so sure we can drag him along.

One and the same, though I've lived in a few more countries since then.
