    Default Advice PLEASE

    Hi all

I am looking at buying a new rod and am torn between the Xplorer guide 2 and the Stealth Magnum+. The rods I’m looking at will be 7 or 8 wt 9ft.

Any comments on either rod will be appreciated.

Who stocks Search Icons and is it a fast action?

I liove my 6wt guide so that would be my choice, depending on use.For bigger heavier flies I would go magnum plus,no doubt.

Take each rod, cast for half an hour with each rod and see which one you like best.

Shammas, it seems like you are becoming a tackle slut.

How many Vaal rods do you now have ?

    I remember the :

    Redington 4#
    Hand Built 5# ( Mr. Newby )
    Stealth Deep Red 6 #,

    and ........................................ ??????????
