Are you 100% sure of your facts? Permission to fish Wemmershoek was/is via the Paarl Municipality. Their buddies regularly fished the dam in recent times.
CPS was/is negotiating for their members to obtain access (again). This initiative might have run out of steam but I am sure that one of the CPS committee members on this forum will enlighten us as to current status.
What would the world be, once bereft of wet and of wilderness? Let them be left, o let them be left, wilderness and wet, long live the weeds and the wilderness yet.
