... unless you want to specifically target the yellows, in that case inlet seems to be the place!

According to a buddy who fishes Boskop regularly, ( conventional bass ) forget the inlet. Fish the old road crossing, all the reeds up to the dam wall, and then of course the dam wall.
He uses an inflatable with a trolling motor.
Entrance from the Game Reserve.

Just remember to have a rigged yellow fly rod with you, "cos as you are travelling you WILL come across schools of feeding yellows.

Thanks for the info Herman, will definitely keep that in mind! Will take my 3wt with klinkie/hopper and dropper in case I'm lucky enough to come across a school of yellows, now I'm getting excited

Not this past weekend (was fishing Naturama), but i have seen yellows in the past around the inlet area and around the wall ... one day i'll spend some time specfically going after them
