    Default Sakhalin Island

Sakhalin Island was not a place that I knew anything about.
Then a Russian walks into my showroom to buy some furniture for his new home in the Cape and walking past my office he sees one or 2 little fishing things.
Between the furniture talk we a bit of fishing and he mentions that he is off to Sakhalin Island in 3 months for fishing.
By the time he leaves I have an invitation to join them, I have to just get there.
Some serious travelling to get there, so I am not sure I will be going.
But it looks like a serious fly fishing destination.

It seems that the densest population of Taimen occurs on Sakhalin.

PS: who knows, in a couple of months might post a couple of photos.
