Freshwater License for yellowfish

So, after (yet again) a bunch of fruit-less phone calls, it seems I cannot get any Gauteng, Free-State, Natal or NW Province licenses anywhere in Jhb.
Can anyone tell me who stocks them in JHB, or Pretoria area??

I'd love to be legal, yet never seem to find any shop/post offices/ etc with stock (or they don't know what I'm talking about)

Mike, Varswater Paradys in Vdbp have them all (excl. NW, unless they got it in the interim).

So you can get most on a single trip when down this way; or get someday in the area to buy on your behalf and then post to you; how I got my NW licence, and how I am getting it renewed again in March.
