To represent the individual or company?

A friend of mine owns the COFESA branch in the Northern Cape and they are very good, do not know how the branches in PTA are, but they represent the company, and they are not that expensive.

Look them up in the phone book, their expertise cover so many areas that it is impossible for me to expound here.

Try Savage, Jooste and Adams?

There are plenty others depending on how much you are willing to spend in relation the the quality of service you would like to recieve. If you go onto the electronic yellow pages ( http://www.yellowpages.co.za/ ) and have a look you could give them a call and find out if they can offer what you need. My 2c would be to meet them for an oppinion before deciding.

Once shared a building with a company called SEESA. They do this kind of stuff. You pay a monthly fee, and they have attorneys that sort all your labour stuff. http://www.seesa.co.za/ Dont know if they are any good.

There's a guy in Pretoria who does the business for Itala Lodge at Mabalikwe. Google them and try to get his details as he's pretty good.

I used to use Seesa, but sometimes they took more than a week to to come out for a hearing. When you suspend an employee you dont sstill want to pay him for a week or more wjile he sits at home waiting for a hearing.Thats in CT though, maybe up there they are better.

Now use a company called Freo. (Full range employers organisation)

All I do now is issue a warning/notice and they handle everything from there on. Casts about R400 a month if I remember correctly.

Andrew Levy, the guy who writes the back page articles for TCFF, as well as the Book, Reflections on the River is a Labour Law specialist I belive, and obviously a flyfisherman, perhaps he's the right chap to speak to....

Disclaimer - I think the above info is correct.... I may well be smoking my socks though, which is not unusual.... but I'm pretty sure the above is true....
