Hey Shaun, Yup i am in the valuations game. It all fell into place at a meeting on monday which another valuer asked how the weekends fishing went and then mentioned to me that i perhaps knew Dave's (your Dad) son. Got chatting about it with your dad and put two and two together. Small world..... gotta watch what you say to who hey.... :-)
