The most important factor is, to quote Jiri Klima " You moest practice, you moest practice" The more time practicing, the more you will realise the little nuances of nymphing and what works. Enjoy and keep me up to date with your nymphing, would love to hear about your progress.

You might want to shorten the section in front of the coil, if you find it difficult to control. The most important factor is to be in "CONTROL/CONTACT" of your flies. this is a little difficult to explain. But if you are not in control/contact. you will not detect the takes. There must be the slightest of tension right thru the leader setup, to a point, just before drag sets in on the flies. You will then detect the takes, too much slack and you wont see the takes

Not sure what conditions will be like as they having a bit of drought this side at the moment. Worst rainfall in 70 years. But will try out the outfit. If you could give me more information about leader set-up I would be most appreciative!

Sorry bout that, having problems this side with the computer it seems.

Last year at the Bells festival, myself and Charl Hamilton fished with you. The thing is, I would like to set-up a nymphing leader rig like you had that day, with the coiled indicator. Got myself the indicator and have tied up some leaders, but they just look wrong. Was wondering if you could help me out a bit with the design and set-up of the leader and indicator. Want to try it out on some of the streams here in the UK, but finding it difficult to get the information.
