    so it has come to pass, construction on the Polihali Dam above Mokhotlong begins this month:

    I guess its in the interests of progress, but i think its tragic that the gorges visited in the below link will no longer exist in 2/3 years:

    Won't there be any release below the dam(n)s? Could become a brilliant tailwater fishery.
