    I don't think REFFIS has an agent in SA any longer.

    I don't think you can declare yourself a guide either although it seems quite common :-)

    I understand it the same as Smallstreams.co.za. I think you also need a Professional Driving licence if you intend transporting clients.

    Interestingly I believe if you have a skippers licence you are allowed to take clients out to sea without any further registration
