some good rain predicted for Sunday

By Thursday, the river should have settled, hopefully had a bit of a flushing, making for a good competition

The organisers mentioned that spectators are welcome to watch the anglers fish on the Cape streams. Keeping at a distance not to disturb the fish/water behind the angler.

The casting and fly tying on the Saturday will also be great to see the best fly fishers in SA.

I am curious as to what the entertainment provided is.
Good enough to take up competitive angling for?

I think the invited themselves? Really, not being funny/rude. I think that is how it works????

Top placed guys at the B Nationals gets invited to compete at B nationals.
(there could be a variety of reasons why some anglers from a provinces compete at B Nats. a. did not make A team, could not compete at A Nats due to dates clashing, Sick, family commitments etc)

A bit of party at the end of the comps,
The owner of the Hotel is a performing artist, so he will do a bit of singing etc.
