    Carp is a lot easier to spot and much bigger than the trout. The trout was a greater test as the fish is more camouflaged and more difficult to spot and with the moving water a greater test of your skill. I looked at the Breedr rived as well at a low water bridge but that was completely dry as I heard about good sized bass to walk and stalk bowfish. The river along the N1 had flowing water

    yes, carp have huge bodies and are easily seen from many distance, shot the big ones from distance because naturally they look alot smaller. up close leave the big ones and look for the smaller ones. you might think that i'm been silly but the truth is i'm not, this is the reality, take it with a good heart and leave the trout be.

    The fishermen on the weir was right when they said some people think the river belongs to them if i read some of the post on the forum. From all the old flyfishing magazines that iwas given the people who flyfish seem real friendly

    hehehe you are 100 % there, we are friendly, caring and kind people just that you and four fisherman on the weir have out fished your ponds. isnt that the reason you moved towns recently?
