What line do you think is a perfect match?
Sage quiet taper which was made by Sci Anglers not the one made by Rio. Very hard to find. Other than that you can get away with Sci Angler Mastery double taper line for a 2wt.

If you don't come right with the Click get a Sage 3100 or 3200 reel which was designed to fit the SPLs and SLTs. Saw one on eBay today. Very rare. I'm kind of bummed that I sold my 3100 and spare spool last year.

Maybe. I had both reels and it didn't make a big difference. The 3100 looks prettier some how even though they look the same, probably because its more dainty. Only thing with the 3100 is that it struggles to hold a full line. So, a DT line must be cut in half. The black versions look the coolest imho.

I did for lines I used on my 3100 and later my Click 2. Its quite common practise for anglers to cut a DT line in half considering that all the casting with a light line rod like the SPL will be done at your feet. Its unnecessary to cast or fish farther than a few meters.
