A good 9ft 4wt?

Hey
Looking for a good all rounder 9ft 4wt but either orvis,sage,loomis,scott,T&T,winston.
I dont mind older,discontinued models either.
Was also considering a powerful 9ft 3wt like the Sage One 390 as this is very versatile.

Will be used for dry/dropper and indicator/nymph setups in streams/rivers and occasional use in dams throwing wooly buggers etc.

Any suggestions appreciated?
