    Default Foam Frenzy

Back at the vice. Full throttle foam factory, with some new head shapes and colours. Some with rattles added in a mylar casing and reinforced with resin.

And another Prototype foam fishy fly. Probably not a fly as such, but had to give it a go ;-) The conventional guys use these pre-shaped foam bodies to suspend their baits, The shape was already quite fishy. No tying involved apart from giving the "fly" a spine with a metal staple. Now for the fish to decide. Should also cast easily on lighter weight rods - 6wt.

    Amazing ties.

Hey, that foam in the top photo, is that pre-formed or do you shape it all yourself?

Love that grey mullet finish on the bodies too.
    If it swims........it's fair game.

Hi Kevin, thank you. I drill out foam (SPX 90 density) cylinders and then shape it with a Dremel Tool. Then paint it with a Copic airbrush.
