But as usual no clarification...private fishing on private dams with nobody in sight, unless wildlife carry the virus , lol.

This bolshevik type of garbage just gets to me...common sense tells one that this is an obvious deduction but common sense amongst SA bureaucracy is rare.

Can't really help you here, but I can't see an issue with fishing private dams with no one around. As far as I know you need some kind of commercial permit? I also heard recreational fishing will only be allowed at level 2.
