Submit Catch Returns

Hello to All,

You will see that the Catch Return functionality has been added to the website, please use it and give your feedback. Here is just a quick rundown how to use it. You can also easily share your catches via e-mail or your favourite Facebook group.

3 Ways to access the catch return section.

1. Fly Talk Homepage - https://www.flytalk.co.za/#catch-return

Click "Submit Return" The links above it - Trout, Saltwater etc" is to view the different catch return pages.

2. Forum Home

Click "Submit Catch Return"

This is where all the catch returns are listed for a specific category, in this case Trout. Click "Submit My Return"

Once you have clicked the Forum Catch Return link and the Fly Talk homepage link it will bring you to the section below, where you select the type of catch return according to the fish species.

Then your catch return form will popup, where you can easily fill in the information and submit up to three pictures (all less than 1mb in size) You can reduce the size by using an online website like https://tinyjpg.com/ Below is the catch return form

Submit your form and it will show up as a link on the selected category page - eg. Trout, Tigerfish etc. Below is what it will view like.

The red arrow above indicates the links where you can share your catch - Facebook, GMail etc. Details on the form below.

Not only can you build up a catch log "book" but also share your catches easily with the relevant information. In the case below sharing it on Facebook.

Then select where you want to share it, in a group, your timeline etc.
