I just bought a few new fly lines, and I must say I am once again impressed with the Scientific Angler's lines. I got the Trout Taper, and the GPX. I see the new shipment of GPX Double Taper lines have fused streamlined loops on BOTH ends of the line! You loop the backing on, then loop on your leaders to the other end.
These loops are tiny...not big like the other brands out there...and Brett from Frontier says they are strong like bull. Great feature this...no bulk to go through the eyes of your rod.
Nice colours too...the Trout Taper is a dark olive, and the GPX is a lighter colour, "willow". Also a green, but subtle...not chartreuse!
