It's not in the catching, it's in the learning something new.

Talking about that Sage... hmmmm

You're either fishing or waiting...
depends how good the fishing turns out to be ...

right! we're good to go for tomorrow morning at MBH, i'll give you guys a report on monday. apparently there is still place on the river for a few more people of anyone else in interested?
the patient mental...
i see that, but i can respect that completely.
feedback on MBH - don't go there. there are a handful of fish in 2 or 3 pools. the rest of the river is EMPTY. there was ONE fish that showed a minute but of interest in a chartreuse san juan worm, but the rest didn't want to know my story at all! seems like the dam at the entrance might be a better bet - but you'll need a heavier rod than a 3wt for the carp in there.
next time i think i'll rather head off to the nearest pet store to watch guppies. most disappointing

Your quarry is alot harder to catch than is commonly thought, and it is certainly not a case of throwing anything that sinks deep enough at them.

The solution to any problem -- work, love, money, whatever -- is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach
