Dave as far as I know Fish Eagle was successfully (sp) sub divided around 4 years ago. Their problems as far as I'm aware are:
1. They are now paying rates and taxes on 11 properties, which have been zoned "Residential".
2. They are asking far to much for each stand ( around 1.4bar, undeveloped )
3. There was no EIA done before the subdivision, and no prospective buyer will sign without an approved EIA.
4. There is apparently MEGA infighting between the sisters and the step sister.

Whatever the problems are I hope they last forever.
