I hope this is the correct place for this thread!
This is an adaptation of an old "Green Grub" pattern that was first tied about 10 years ago. The Antron yarn creates a really dense, smooth abdomen on the fly. This fly is primarily used as a control fly to get other flies down to the required depth in fast flowing water. The weight required on the fly can be adjusted to personal preference, by either using brass beads as opposed to tungsten, or using less lead wraps, to no lead wraps. I will generally tie the fly in 3 different weights: light, medium and then "Kursk" weights. Its quick and easy to tie.
Materials:
Hook: Caddis/Grub/Circle hook Size 8 - 10
Weight: Lead wire
Bead: 3.8 or 4mm Tungsten
Thread: Uni-thread 8/0, Red or black
Rib: Medium red wire
Shellback: Thin Skin, Mottled turkey
Thorax: Chartreuse Antron yarn
Abdomen: Red Dubbing, fine
Step 1:
Place the bead on the hook and wrap on some lead wire.
Step 2:
Attach the thread to the hook and tie in the rib.
Step 3:
Tie in the shellback material at the bend of the hook.
Step 4.
Tie in the Antron yarn and advance the thread up to the bead.
Step 5.
Wrap the Antron yarn around the hook up to the bead and tie off.
Step 6.
Dub in a small neat thorax.
Step 7.
Pull the shellback over the abdomen and thorax and tie off.
Step 8.
Wind in the ribbing and tie off. Cement the thread wraps.

I feel honoured. Great SBS Rory!!! I have caught x1 Juvenile LM, a kazillion SM and x2 Catfish on the pattern.
I whipped a few of these last night, they are really nice - did a couple colour variations with the ol' pro-markers on the underbody (I only have fluorescent chartreuse or pink antron), but the chart is easy to colour.
