Try Beaverlac. A good commercial campsite, near the Olifants. An hour or so hike upstream, start fishing. Please remember to have a valid fresh water angling permit from Cape Nature Conservation, as well as a hiking permit. If you get caught without these...mucho problemo for you.

Yip Beaverlac is a good spot, kid friendly too if you have. Just remember that the hike to the river is approx 10km and then you have to climb down to get to the river. No vehicles allowed so you either walk or cycle. Its a long hot day so take lots of water.
As Andre says have all your permits handy!

Call beaverlac to make a booking, and ask if they sell the hiking and fishing permits. Alternatively, tell them where you are going, and want to hike the Olifants river and Cederberg trails. They will advise you.
Sorry, but I don't have the numbers for you right now.
