Please don't post the Jandi website photo - I am looking for an actual, IN HAND sphoto of the new Eclipse II 001-click reel.

I don't have a photo but I can tell u that based on the specs of the new reel that your're looking at (104 grams),it weighs 1gram lighter than the old 6-7wt i.e 105 grams.

    Hi Mario,

I fish the old Eclipse 6-7wt on my 5wt stick and for some or other reason I have 105grams in my head. I know the Stealth #3 weighs 153 grams so maybe I have it all wrong.Maybe it's closer to 140grams?

    Will confirm in a moment....

Not sure hey, will have to look

Ps.Just spoke to a buddy of mine, he too remember the old reel to be just over 100 grams so I think my 105grams might be spot on afterall.

Probably the later From what I can remember reading the equivalent sized sage click was about 30% lighter...

G, youre talking about the heavier model eclipses with the disc drag.
Isnt the model Gary is asking about the light little click and pawl jobbie?

Cause if the click and pawl eclipse weighs over 100g then I have one simple suggestion... GT24

Unless I'm totally confused here the old eclipse size one's had a "drag system" composed of a rubber washer/ring that expanded on the bush to increase drag tension - it was a copy of a loop IIRC? The older larger eclipses had a teflon drag.

The new eclipse size ones have a click and pawl system and seem to be a copy of the new loops? The new larger eclipse reels have a sealed cork drag.
