Gonna fish the apies river{wonderboompoort} right in the middle of pretoria, dammit! And will catch a largescale the size of my hand,yes. If bear grylls can drink his own pee, i can catch a yellow from the apies. In case i survive the pollution, criminal elements, and stink, i will be reporting back.

Did you ever fish the Apies?

I live near wonderboom and have often wondered about whether there are still Yellowfish in the river, it looks very good on DF Mallan at Lavender and DF Mallan at Fred Nicholson.

Wading was very tough! The water was very cold! I blanked, seems to be second nature to me these days! . but it was good! I learnt a lot! And look forward to the summer! I am going to smash the yellows! So now it is to go LM fishing

Most of us blank at times flies have not even been able to forward some flies to another forumer yet as I'm battling to get hooks here locally. But p.m. me.
