Great Fish River: Bucklands Game Reserve

Hi all

Has anyone fished in or near the Great Fish River Reserve (Bucklands camp)? It's about 40km NE of Grahamstown. The camp looks great on the web, and they say I can wade in the river. There is one thread on Fly Talk on "Great Fish River Yellows" but any additional info would be appreciated.

Where are the Eastern Cape experts!

Sadly no advice on this one. I visited Bucklands which is next to the Great Fish River Nature Reserve this weekend, and spent an afternoon on the river. Although I blanked, this is still a fantastic stretch of water, unfortunately very muddy. Something cool about fishing for yellows whilst looking out for buffalo and hippo at the same time.
