    Thats a great cake! A few years ago my wife tried the same thing via "The Cake Lady", a so-called professional. It looked like the guy was holding a huge tool haveing a whiz rather than a rod. The best part was that it was a surprise in a busy restaurant. Needless to say, I haven't been back.

    ahhhhh.....man!!! that's not cool!!!! i'm just starting out with the baking business, but this cake was SO much fun!!! i must say though, my immediate thought was to not let the rod look like it could be something else!! hahaha.....

    Nice Cake that's awesome!

    Here's my contribution to the thread ... this is what I got for my recent birthday. My girlfriend and her sister made this cake, it's a flats boat with centre console, forward lean bar, on the water with fish swimming under it. Best cake I ever got!
