Go to any big pharmacy, thy have a big selection of scissors. Maybe not specific what you want, bur normally a big selection to choose from.

Very similar scissors are the Kershaw Skeeter' maybe give them a go!
I have had one pair for the last 5 years as my one and only tying scissor and only now starting to consider getting a new one.
